Alexander McQueen Plato's Atlantis Fashion Film

Cette collection est appelée Atlantide de Platon. C'est la dernière collection réalisé par Alexander McQueen avant sa mort en Février 2010.La collection a été inspirée par De l'origine des espèces de Charles Darwin et a dépeint un temps où la calotte fondrait et nous serions forcés de vivre sous la mer de nouveau. Alors plutôt que de l'évolution de l'humanité, elle a effectivement parlé de la dévolution de l'humanité.

Le film est dirigé par McQueen, en collaboration avec le photographe Nick Knight, montrant Raquel Zimmermann en train de devenir une créature marine.

This collection is called Plato's Atlantis. It's the last fully realized collection that McQueen created before his death in February of 2010. The collection was inspired by Charles Darwin's On the Origin of Species and depicted a time when the icecap would melt and we'd be forced to live under the sea again. So instead of telling the evolution of humankind, it actually talked about the devolution of mankind.

The film directed by McQueen, in collaboration with the photographer Nick Knight, show Raquel Zimmerman evolving into a sea creature.
