MILAN FASHION WEEK: GUCCI PASTEL TONES

Quoi de mieux que la collection Gucci Automne-Hiver 2014-2015 pour finir en douceur mon petit tour de la Fashion Week de Milan.

Les robes trapèzes en cuir, les cabans douillets en laine, les bottes python furieusement rétro, les vestes "barbe à papa" en poils de chèvre... Bleu Lavande, vert Olive, jaune Citron, rose Dragée, Terracotta, et Caramel... S'il y a une chose que j'ai particulièrement adoré dans cette collection, c'est bien la palette de couleurs! Totalement inattendue et toute douce!


What's better than the Gucci Fall-Winter 2014-2015 collection for smooth ending my tour of the Milan Fashion Week. 

A-line dresses in soft napa leather, plush wool sailor coat, python boots furiously retro, "cotton candy" jackets in goat hair ... This blue Lavender, green Olive, Lemon yellow, pink Plum, Terracotta and Caramel ... If there is one thing that I particularly loved, this is the soft palette of unexpected and softcolor of Gucci's collection!

MILAN FASHION WEEK: DOLCE & GABBANA FAIRY TALE FOREST

La collection Dolce & Gabbana Automne-Hiver 2014-2015 présentée lors de la Fashion Week de Milan nous emmène dans un monde enchanté!

Je me suis appropriée l'histoire pour vous la conter à ma façon.

Peuplé d'arbres centenaires, d'écureuils, de renards et de chouettes, la forêt mystérieuse s'ouvre comme les pages d'un livre d'Hansel et Gretel ou encore Le Petit Chaperon Rouge.

Un monde à la fois beau et effrayant!

Au crépuscule, les cris d'animaux stridents s’amplifient et les arbres à l'orée du bois se transforment en monstres géants resserrant leurs griffes sur le passage des malheureux pour mieux les asphyxier. De quoi faire rebrousser chemin à n'importe quelle armée!
Seule la princesse Dolce (de Gabbana), (la néo princesse fashionista!) détient le secret. En effet, matin et soir, elle arpente le même chemin à travers cette même forêt tant redoutée sans peur et sans jamais ne s’être perdu.

Son secret est de savoir parler aux arbres, aux fleurs et aux animaux peuplant cette foret enchantée. Elle a même affectueusement appliqué ses compagnons de trajet sur ces robes...

At twilight, the strident cries of animals amplify and trees at the edge of the wood turn into giant monsters tightening their claws on the passage of unfortunate for asphyxiate better. Enough to intimidate and make turn back the strongest army!
Only Princess Dolce (Gabbana), (neo princess fashionista!) Holds the secret. Indeed, morning and evening, she walks the same way through this dreaded forest without fear and never getting lost.

Her secret is to know how to talk to trees, flowers and animals that live this enchanted forest. She even affectionately appliqué her companions on her dresses ...

MILAN FASHION WEEK: FAN DI FENDI ACCESSORIES, FALL 2014

On continue la série des Fashion Weeks en mettant le cap au Sud avec la Fashion Week de Milan pour les collections Automne-Hiver 2014-2105.

Cette fois-ci je souhaite mettre l'accent sur les accessoires. C'est vrai, c'est important aussi les accessoires! Y a pas que les fringues dans la vie... il y a aussi tout ce qui gravite autour!

Pour le défilé Fendi, les accessoires embellissent chacune des silhouettes. Entre les lunettes furieusement rétro arty, la manchette crocodile fourrure  (Crocodile Dundee, vous vous souvenez?), le sac à main avec la anse fourrure et le Little Monster, nous avons l'embarra du choix!



We continu the serie of Fashion Weeks by sailing South with the Milan Fashion Week for Autumn-Winter 2014-2105 collections. 

This time I want to focus on accessories. It is true, accessories are also important! It's not all about clothes... there is also all that revolves around! 

For Fendi's show, accessories embellish each silhouettes. Between furiously arty retro sunglasses, fur crocodile bracelet (Crocodile Dundee, remember?) Handbag with fur  handle and  Little Monster, we are spoiled for choice!

Oh!!! Mais que vois-je! Un baby Karlito (désolé, c'est plus fort que moi mais dès que je vois quelque chose de petit et mignon, j'ai tendance à gaga-tiser), trop mimi!!!

Oui... enfin, c'est le nouveau venu dans la gamme des Little Monster de Fendi, son petit nom c'est Bag Boy!
Pas besoin de vous dire de lui faire un bon accueil et de bien vous occuper de lui... les plus modeuses d'entre nous s'en chargeront avec grand PLAISIR!!!

En attendant, on découvre la vie trépidante de Karlito Bag Boy chez le coiffeur (parce qu'il le vaut bien!), Karl en interview, Karl suspendu au bras de Cara Delevigne...
Bref, le rêve de tous les Bag Boy!  


Oh! What do I see? A baby Karlito (sorry, it's stronger than me but when I see something small and cute, I tend to be gaga), too cute!!! 

Yes ... well, it is the newcomer in the range of Little Monster Fendi, his first name is Bag Boy! 
No need to tell you to welcome him well and take good care of him ... The most fashionistas of us will do that with great DELIGHT! 

Meanwhile, we discover the busy life of Karlito Bag Boy at the hairdresser (because he worth it!), Karl in interview, Karl suspended on Cara Delevigne's arm... 

Well, the dream of all Bag Boy!

FESTIVAL DE LA JEUNE PHOTOGRAPHIE EUROPEENNE 2014

Le Festival de la Jeune Photographie Europeenne 2014 s'est fini hier. J'y suis allée in extremis avant la fermeture... Voici le parcours photographique des clichés qui m'ont le plus touché:

Tel un chat en pleine extase ronronnante à qui on caresse le cou, cette image de Marlous Van Der Sloot m'évoque le plaisir et la poésie sensuelle et féminine parfois animale sommeillant en chacune de nous.

Festival of Europeen Young Photography 2014 finished yesterday. We went there last minute before closing ... Here is the photographic journey of clichés that have touched me the most: 

Like a cat purring in full ecstasy at who we caress the neck, this image of Marlous Van Der Sloot evoque me desire, pleasure and sensual and feminine poetry sometimes animal, dozing in all of us.

La photographe Russe Elena Chernyshova a réalisé la série qui suit à Norilsk, une ville minière située à 400 km du cercle polaire, en Sibérie. Entre climat extrême, pollution (la 7ème ville la plus polluée au monde) et isolement, Elena Chernyshova étudie l'adaptation humaine (série photo réalisée avec le soutien de la fondation Lagardère). C'est mon gros coup de cœur de ce Festival!

Russian photographer Elena Chernyshova has done the following serie in Norilsk, a mining town located 400 km from the Arctic Circle, Siberia. Between extreme climate, pollution (the 7th most polluted city in the world) and isolation, Elena Chernyshova studying human adaptation (photo series produced with the support of the Lagardère Foundation). This is my big crush of the Festival!

LONDON FASHION WEEK: TOPSHOP UNIQUE FALL 2014

Impossible de parler de la Fashion Week de Londres sans évoquer le défilé Topshop Unique Automne-Hiver 2014-2015. 
Topshop tout le monde connait!? 
Je suis d'ailleurs bien curieuse de savoir quel est le pourcentage de filles/femmes ayant entre 15 et 35 ans déclarant ne jamais avoir rien acheté chez Topshop! ;-) ... enfin, ce n'est pas le sujet du jour!

Personnellement, j'ai trouvé la collection top!
Topshop anticipe nos envies avec ces silhouettes dans l'air du temps.
Une collection où le douillet (les manteaux et les sweats brodés XXL) et le sexy (dentelle transparente et association short +cuissarde) s'accordent bien ensemble.

Impossible to talk about the London Fashion Week without mentioning Topshop Unique Fall 2014 show. 
Topshop everybody knows? 
By the way, I am curious to know what percentage of girls / women between 15 and 35 who reported never having bought anything from Topshop! ;-) ... Well, this is not the topic of the day! 

Personally, I found the collectionreally cool! 
Topshop anticipating our desires with these silhouettes in the air. 
A collection where the cozy (coats and embroidered XXL sweaters) and sexy (transparent lace and  shorts + high knee boots) are matching well together.

LONDON FASHION WEEK: BURBERRY AND MARY KATRANTZOU FALL 2014

Je reprends la suite des Fashion Weeks avec celle de Londres!

Je vous préviens ce post va être long... pas en texte, non... en photos!

Mon coup de cœur a tellement été ÉNORME pour le défilé de Burberry Prorsum et Mary Katrantzou que je ne parlerai ici que de ces deux collections.

Rien de très créatif de mon coté en reprenant les photos des défilés qui s'affichent surement partout dans la presse.
Juste le plaisir des yeux que de voir l'imagination et la créativité de tout un Studio* s'offrir à nous!

*Le studio d'une maison de prêt-à-porter comprend les stylistes et assistants stylistes (chaîne et trame, maille, accessoires, matières...). Tous travaillent sous la direction du Directeur Artistique (Christopher Bailey pour Burberry et Mary Katrantzou pour la marque du même nom).

I have a crush so HUGE for Burberry Prorsum and Mary Katrantzou shows that I speak here only of these two collections. 

Nothing very creative on my side by taking photos of the shows that appear probably everywhere in the press. 
Just the pleasure to see the imagination and creativity of a whole *Studio to offer us! 


* The Studio of a ready-to-wear house includes designers and stylists assistants (wovens, knits, accessories, materials ...). All work under the direction of Artistic Director (Christopher Bailey for Burberry and Mary Katrantzou for the brand of the same name).

ANDY WARHOL S' EXPOSE A PARIS

Petite parenthèse entre les défilés de New-York et Londres pour vous parler: Exposition.

J'ai découvert par hasard hier, une cinquantaine d'œuvres signé Andy Warhol à la Galerie Taglialatella (dans le marais) à Paris.
Si vous êtes fan d'Andy Warhol, courez-y vite, l'exposition se termine ce Samedi!

Personnellement, j'ai beaucoup aimé les portraits très colorés de reines, actrice comme Ingrid Bergman (portrait dessous) et des hommes politiques (saupoudrés de quelques traits pailletés pour certains!).

Digression between the shows in New York and London to talk: Exhibition. 

I discovered by chance yesterday, fifty works signed Andy Warhol to Galerie Taglialatella (in the Marais) in Paris. 
If you're a fan of Andy Warhol, run there quickly, the exhibition ends this Saturday! 

Personally, I loved the colorful portraits of queens, actress as Ingrid Bergman (first picture) and politicians (sprinkled with some glitter for some of them!)

J CREW AND JENNI KAYNE FALL 2014

Pour clôturer les défilés de la fashion week de New-York (terminés depuis 4 jours), j'aimerai vous parler de deux collections qui m'ont également beaucoup plu.
Il s'agit de J. Crew et de Jenni Kayne.

Deux visions différentes pour l'Automne-Hiver 2014-2015 mais qui se regroupent en un point: facile à porter tous les jours!

D'un coté la collection J Crew est gaie et colorée. De l'autre la collection Jenni Kayne se veut un peu plus sombre, féminine et minimaliste.

 Et vous, avez-vous une préférence?



To close the New York Fashion Week shows, I'd love to speak or rather show you two collections that I also liked.

Two different visions for the autumn-winter 2014-2015 but which includes one point: easy to wear every day!

Les jupes plissées façon sari raccourci de Prabal Gurung, les longueurs asymétriques minimalistes (mais très chic) de Theory, la fille d'Aspen chez Tommy Hilfiger et les manteaux colorés chez J. Mendel, voici la suite des collections Automne-Hiver 2014-2015 de la fashion week New-Yorkaise qui m'ont le plus marqué.


Pleated skirts like short sari at Prabal Gurung, minimalist asymmetrical lengths (but very chic) ​​at Theory, "Aspen girl" at Tommy Hilfiger and colorful coats at J. Mendel, here are the following of the Autumn-Winter 2014-2015 New-York fashion week who marked me the most.

Les défilés New-Yorkais ont bien illustré le début de la fashion week pour l'hiver 2014- 2015.
Le folklore Russe de Diane Von Furstenberg, les parkas pailletées chez Rodarte, le mélange d'imprimés chez Proenza Schouler m'ont déjà ensorcellé...

MISSION DISTRICT GRAFFITI, SAN FRANCISCO

On continue notre promenade dans le quartier de Mission. Abrité par les collines qui l'entourent, ce quartier (le plus vieux quartier de la ville) bénéficie d'un micro climat. Le ciel bleu est quasiment quotidien! Parfait donc pour prendre plein de photos de graffitis et fresques murales.
